He gives strength to the weary

“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even young men stumble and fall but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.”
Isaiah 40:29-31

Is this your cry? “Lord, I am tired and weary. Father, the reality is that at times, I feel as if I cannot go on, as if this journey is too hard, as if the abundant life is for others but not for me.” In Isaiah 40, we see that the Lord focuses on those who are weary and tired. We see that He is interested in those who do not have the energy and life that the Bible encourages and offers to us.

God is compassionate and loving, and He chooses to give strength to the weary and increase the power of the weak. Today the Lord wants to impart supernatural strength to you, to give you everything you need in this time and in this season to achieve all that He has called you to achieve.

Think about the situation that has made you tired, has taken your strength and energy, and give it to the Lord. His shoulders are broad and wide. He wants to take your worries and concerns and in return, give you strength and hope.
